Rhonda, the manager of Chelsea (our men's store) appears to be hiding in our corner window sporting the fun and funky new Cartise shirt and "silvered" jeans..hiding amidst the Clara S jackets. Maybe she's just on a break - or trying her hand at being a mannequin!
